Located on Mo-Ff, south of SW 60th St. From E Auberry Grv, go north on Mo-Ff. This cemetery is next to the location of old Geešs Creek Methodist Church which has been torn down. Nothing remains of the church but the foundation, steps, a tree or so, and some hardy bulbs, planted three years ago to beautify an old church yard. Geešs Creek was one of several on the old Methodist Circuit, and the 1848-1872 minutes of Antioch will mention it many times. Several Methodist ministers and loyal workers and founders of Methodism in Grundy County are here in the cemetery. S29-T60-R25W.
